In Toronto, its UV systems play a critical role at Sherbourne Common, the first park in Canada to incorporate UV stormwater treatment into its design. Stormwater from surrounding areas is collected, disinfected and reused in the park’s striking water features, delivering visual appeal and public safety before safe discharge into Lake Ontario.

Further west, the Coquitlam Water Treatment Plant in Metro Vancouver relies on TrojanUV as part of a robust multibarrier treatment strategy. Drawing from mountain-fed reservoirs, the facility treats up to 1.2 billion litres of water per day using a combination of ozone, chlorine and UV to supply over a million residents with clean, safe drinking water.
