Hendrix Aerial Cables Systems offers covered overhead cable solutions that cut down power outages by 90 percent and increase a utility’s return on investment. Anchored by a high-strength messenger wire that supports polymer spacers and covered conductors, this system can withstand harsh weather conditions including ice, snow, and storms. In addition, Hendrix polymer insulators, which are made from a proprietary blend of high-density polyethylene, offer superior electrical performance and are lighter than commonly used porcelain insulators, yet resistant to cracks and breaks.
