The process begins with technicians uploading photos-generally five to 25-of the field intervention to Deepomatic’s platform. The solution thoroughly scans and assesses each photo to automatically send notifications back if they are zoomed out, blurry, or duplicated. This on-time evaluation helps identify where the real problem lies. For instance, if a customer reports an issue with the optic fiber from a street cabinet to his apartment and the technician goes to the wrong location, the app automatically alerts them. If technicians find it hard to identify the issue, the Deepomatic platform can help efficiently detect and rectify it.
