Recently, BIOTAB7 was used to treat water within sewage tanks across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Dissimilar to western countries, UAE uses large septic tanks instead of sewer pipes, which makes sludge removal arduous. The overwhelming presence of harmful gases prevents workers from undertaking cleaning processes over long periods. BIOTAB7 flushed out tanks full of seven days’ worth of sludge in just two days and oxidized, disinfected, and deodorized the tanks to make them safe for human contact.
