With pandemics and hurricanes entering the lexicon more often than we would have ideally liked, utilities need to enhance grid resilience to be prepared for any possible contingencies. Their role is now more important than ever to ensure an uninterrupted power supply for hospitals, homes, businesses, and other vital places.It has to be noted that grid resilience is not just about how utilities avoid power outages but also their ability to withstand extreme weather events and how they absorb any other uncertainties effectively.
